Some customers just take the piss. I had one complaint about the smallest knot in the middle of a hallway. Managed to avoid the talk about removing it. When I went back a few weeks later to do another part of the job she was completely fine about it and in fact admitted that she doesn't even notice it anymore. They are too busy looking for imperfections in a completely natural material. Maybe people are just too use to everything being made out of plastic from a mould Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
