Ive got a load of Wiltax to fit shortly and i just hate fitting the stuff....I was wondering what fitting methods any of you use and if any one had tips to make it any easier
yep, prevents that horrible belly effect on the width of woven carpets. Or you could just spray and staple it, leaves a nice finish.
woven carpets should all have double bank or architectural gripper on the width. Been the standard for years
Its wide gripper. It has 3 rows of pins. Horrible to cut. Easier just run two rows of standard gripper and end up with 4 rows of pins.
we've fitted to woven back carpets in the last month or so, the first one was very stiff and difficult to cut but the next one was a cheaper end Wilton and was actually quite nice to cut in.
