lifted old vinyl and had pools of water underneath , the latex and adhesive are mush so had to get the client down again and completely re-spec it,
not 100% anything will work, apart from maybe everlay/ isolator
the screed has a DPM but the area outside is higher or maybe the same level, they have a water gully outside all the way along the windows but its obviously not taking the water away. also the mastic is degraded.
this is one of those fun ones that your keeping your fingers crossed, all you can do is do the best you can, so i am doing F76, 1200 Pro and then laying LINO with set in skirting welded, if its Vinyl i would be more confident,
I have recorded it all and explained it all to the client and apart from digging up the courtyard there is not a lot else you could do.
its an old school and got to back up and running in a few weeks.

    anybody got a lucky charm
    :D

Good luck with it mate. I've seen a mad one today. 5 different floors in one room. Going to take loads of prep.
Will do a post on it.

oh yes... lets make the outside look inside. They put up a partition of glass and call it inside now... and wonder why nothing sticks..
