Hello I am project-managing two refurbishment projects in Crouch End North London. Job 1 - Laying of 100 sq metres of 18mm engineered wood. 75m is to be laid on a new basement floor screed in the basement. 25m is to be laid on floorboard overlaid with ply. A new MDF staircase needs to be faced in the flooring planks. Job 2 - Laying of 75 sq metre of 18mm engineered wood onto floorboards overlaid with ply. All materials will be supplied.
