Don't know what I've done but my right knee's puffed up (above the knee cap, bottom of the thigh). Frozen peas on it at the mo.
Get down the doctors monday mate, it happened to my business partner 2 years ago, not sure what it was but he had to have a op on it and was off work for 3 months. I will ask him in morning what it was. I do know he needs a major op but he could be off a year so he aint bothering getting it done.
Been taking Ibrufen and icing it - seems to be helping. Still managing to get my work done. I'll keep taking the pills for a couple of weeks and if its still playing up I'll get to the docs after that. There's no point me going now cos he'll only say take the pills (thats his normal cure, that or telling me to change career).
