Re seal Amtico spacia

Been asked to strip and re seal a 5 year old Amtico spacia floor i put down for a customer. What's the best way to do it? I remember doing it once for a firm on a spacia floor in a bathrooms and it turned into a ice rink??? Never did it since.

 

Just buy Amtico remover and dressing. Very easy mate.

Mop on striper leave for 5 min. Scrub it in with the pad.
Clean off with warm water
2 coats floor dressing.

 

What do you put the dresser on with?
What pads to scrub it with?

 

If it was slippery last time you did it, I reckon you didn't rinse it properly ie: removed all the stripper and left residue on the floor..

 

But a Karndean kit or a Dr Schutz kit

Not from there though. I get mine from project floors as works out cheaper. You get all the pads in one box.

 

Why don't you buy that kit from distinctive ?

 

Do you do a Gloss finish kit Adam??? The Wife wants me to re-seal the Karndean we got but wants a gloss finish this time

 

Yes mate, we do both gloss or Matt finish
