looking for a new meter torn between these two http://www.buybrandtools.com/acatalog/Tramex-CMExpert-Moisture-Humidity-Meter-Kit.html or http://www.damp-meter-direct.co.uk/Protimeter-MMS.htm I know the Protimeter is cheaper but is the Tramex one any better for the extra cash? :?
i like the tramex one really But i got my mms at a stupid cheap price that i couldnt really pass up..
for a meter that is spot on accurate and fast then tramex. But sadley its not to BS. So it would have to be the protometer, spot on accurate but slow tests. If there are a few of you after buying the high end meters then i will set up a group buy for you all so you get a discount. I work with both the above company's so im sure i can get you a good deal.
are theere any other cheaper alternatives which do a good enough job and meet BS with you saying high end
sorry, you are correct. The tramex above does RH also. I looked quickly and thought the one above was scan only. With added probe it does RH also. Must say, the above meter on scan mode is really accurate.
I have this one http://www.flooringsales.co.uk/acatalog ... 92337.html used to have an MMS but as Matt says this is a lot quicker and very accurate.
