Turn up to find this, top layer coming off. Site agent says its power floated. I have done a damp test and have readings of 91% RH Anyone seen power floated in domestics? Going to grind it then DPM it, not sure which one yet. The customer says he shouldn't have to pay more so I said talk to the builders and they put sub floor down. In the end the customer gave me wrong info as if I was told it was power floated I'd of priced grind, DPM and screed.
Pay all the money for a fancy knife then use it to did a hole ? That's a mess what's the green stuff ?
Knife was free lol It was just in my pocket as doing ply upstairs. Green is primer as it was to be screened till I seen it. Kie had primed it.

That looks well ropey mate! There's a load of houses in basingstoke with power floated concrete floors but they are proper solid
Charles Church seem to powerfloat on a few of their sites, ive found the subfloor depends on which contractor puts it down, ive been on loads of different sites for berkleys and it varies massively what subfloor you get, ive had powerfloat, normal screed, concrete, anhydrite and each one is never the same in terms of quality in regards to sr levels, ive had a powerfloats floor that has a dip of an inch low over 6ft! but then had sand cement screed that is as flat and level as a pancake
