Bad Day had a customer arguing that a signiture is not proof of delivery, anyone else had problems along these lines? :evil:
they trying to claim they never recived goods even tho someone signed for it? That must be an issue for the delivery people not yourself?
Turns out driver deivered to wrong adress and they have miss placed the item. (two stair nosings) :roll:
