Right. I think it's time to take the plunge ,
    Pin leveller or screed rake?
I have never used either one,
What's the pros and cons to them and are they as easy as they look?
Any info will be useful got 500m2 to latex and looking for ways to speed it up

I looked into similar tools a short while ago. While the iTools seem to crop up when searching for "upright screed rakes and pin levellers", they are extremely expensive.
I found the wolff rake and pin leveller as good, but a fair bit cheaper..

Believe you would need a skid leveller for uneven floor, the rake sort of just follows what's already down but puts down a perfect uniform coat.

I bought the pajarito Pin leveller today it was the only one my supplier stocked.
It was alright but could be better.
Is it still worth getting the I tools?
