Can anybody recommend a laminate thats cheaper than Quick Step but just as easy to fit, with the Uniclic system. Thanks
Licheer do a few ranges they're cheaper than Quickstep and have a similar fitting system, but truthfully you can't beat good old quickstep
Very different locking system tho. Cant slide and knock without trimming tongue.
I find it very easy to fit
Yeah very easy, just a bit of a pain having to sand of the small lip on the groove and glueing it. Makes it a once down its down product, also the wear layer is weak compared to pergo and quick step. Still a good product.

the uniclic system is actually patented quickstep do allow other companies to use a similar system but they never do quite measure up, even some of the dearer products such a pergo have a lesser fitting system to some degree. didn't Finsa do a similar one?

You can slide the starting planks under the architrave but not the last row. So you have to remove some of the locking system.
