Lost a 80m2 Karndean supply today as they didnt have it in stock until October. Customer only wanted a certain colour and had to be fitted by end of the month so she went to an online suppliers. Thanks Karndean.
It's a joke mate, the last year we have been getting it all the time. Out of stock always. Before that I think it must have happened maybe once in 6 years. We've had people do the same where they check online and find it. We were 1 box short on a job, had to wait 4 weeks for it to come in :s
Think I used it all done 15packs two weeks ago, that's them cleaned out for 4 weeks. Must be struggling for money I guess.
I'm waiting for 3 packs. Pain as needed a bathroom done next week so customer aint happy as they have to wait till a week Tuesday.
We have a very similar t88 but better quality with a bevel 2.5mm .55 wear...speak to distinctive rep about classics black slate !!
Mine was VG Vintage Pine, tried to nudge customer to other alternatives but they were "No, it HAS to be Karndean " I've got another customer where they were "We've heard Amtico is the best and we dont want anything else!" Fine...RRP then as it's the best.
