hello , just been to see a customer , who has been to john lewis and reckons he has been quoted 26 quid a m2 for 50oz carpet underlay grippers and fitting ? is this possible? also does anyone know what carpet it would be, he said it was a cormar,im not exactly sure what it is it said 50oz heathers on it similar to new oaklands ish but different colours? any help please....
Ask him to see written quote, am getting a few customers just now who are at it and enjoy seeing them squirm when put on the spot.
yeah had one for 77 sm of city twist from whitestone weavers 50oz they reckoned someone could do it with u/lay, gripper, new plates and fitting for £1500, Closer to £3000.
