    Hi all

I was invited to price for a restaurant through a local builder I know .
The job itself is nice 120sqm with product to be decided <lvt> but the owner does not want to pay for the ceramic tiles to be lifted and wants all restoration including the new floor to be laid on TOP!.
My first Instinct is to run a mile instead of putting my company name to possible mare , Is their a way round this ive heard NA is a good screed for situations like this but never used it
    any advice .
    Cheers

I`ve done stuff like that. Are they shiny tiles ?
I would say de-grease, prime, latex. Prob na, 1200, or bond.

Same as neily but I'd fibre it but make sure you use a decent primer like p51

Degrease, ardex P4 then Na. Done it several times before, I questioned about the NA over P4 but rep says its fine...
Just make sure there are no loose tiles.
