I get asked this question quite often by customers.Can i hoover the new carpet as soon as!, or do i have to wait a few days?.We know the answer but the real question i get asked a lot these days more so is, "how can you tell the WOOL/MANMADE carpets apart?.I think that it is a customer doesnt always believe scenario so i tell them that if you set alight the nylon or plastic carpet then it shrivels up into a hard piece of plastic.The wool pile smoulders and leaves a nasty lingering odour.Any other ideas.
