Anyone from this area fancy doing a job in Hertfordshire? Its a commercial area of one room about 85m2 Floor has timber safe down but is lifting due to damp. So will need to be uplifted and a moisture test carried out then possible Screed , dpm , screed , new wood effect vinyl or LVT.
