We Americans have different names for some things. Gripper, we call tack strip. Underlay= padding, joins=seams. Those I understand. But what we call a stair tool, you call a bolster. Just curious, where that name came from. Does anyone know?
the correct name is "stair tool" mate. But in the u.k our builders use a bolster to break bricks etc. As the two tools look the same i guess it came from here?
