Uplifted a laminate to screed a floor yesterday. Under the laminate was a visqueen sheet which stunk of moisture. Done a measure mode test which was 800-1000 all over. Today it dried out abit so used a humidity box. They don't want to pay for a dpm so will retest in a month.
