Does anyone know if it is possible to carry out fine adjustments on these cutters and if so, how?

When I cut a tile on the diagonal the cut is out at one end of the tile by about 1/1.5 mm.

Yes mate you can. I had same problem. It's the angle of the blade as it cuts.
On mine you adjust it at the top ends of the blade.
Do you have the top and bottom blade?
If you adjust the height of the top blade that should sort it.

Yes Owen that's using the guide but the V is square and the arm is square to the blade when it is in the lowered position.

Daz the cutter has a top blade I don't know about a bottom blade - there just seems to be a fixed metal strip that the blade cuts down in front of. Is the adjustment the wing nut and the other nut and if so how do you know which way to adjust it?

    Thanks.

Yes mate the wing nuts. Not sure which way to turn it though. I just keep cutting samples till it was right.
