    Hi

has anyone used or know of a company that will trim a pilled loop pile?

A customer has spent 8k on a loop and 7-8 weeks later its heavily pilled. Manu's say theres no problem with the carpet, all meets specs. A piece was sent to an independent to test it and they also said it meets spec.

possible... if they're using an upright with a beater bar rather than a suction vac like a cylinder version

I know its local conditions that have caused it. Just trying to explore options.

Independent test went to 1000,5000 and 10000. At 5 & 10 it was the same as 1000 so won't get any worse.
