Cap & cove

    Been asked to do a job Polyflor cap / cove in a kitchen ,the walls a tiled down to floor ,bit concerned with coving up the tile and capping strip sticking ,have any of you had this situation ,and or recommendations .thanks in advance James

    Can`t you, or someone else remove the bottom tile, or to the nearest full tile ?
    I would imagine the existing tiles are covered in greasy crap

    Degrease & prime then stick.
    And remember to chg the buggers appropriately for doing so

    I'll have a look into removing a tile if possible the tiles that are there are clean enough actually ,only up a year ,just changing things around ,well been told to by someone ,,thanks for replies lads appreciate you taking the time .

    Definitely take a tile off like neilydun says, don't trust sticking to tiles myself looks proper amateur too imho.

    I walked away from big job in a local pub over ceramics as said they won't stick.
    Floor been down 5 years and skirts all solid. Always weird when I'm in there and checking it. f61 has great grab.
