I have a customer who is torn between camaro loc or distinctive click (universal) and in my experience I'm not to keen on the loc. Never fitted the distinctive universal click but out the 2 what would be your recommendation...? Both are in the grey but after a few camaro loc installs I've done it's not looked that great after a few months so ideally I want to steer him away from it but if the distinctive is no better then I'd rather not push it.
Universal is a rigid click so far superior to the standard pvc click like Camaro, most wpc or spc boards have very little plasticisers making them naturally more stable, unlike the old pvc clicks which are full of plasticisers which can create lots of movement.
I try and avoid selling vinyl click because in most cases the floor still needs the same prep as a stick down ,it's aimed at the diy market as an easy way to fit lvt, but if the subfloor isn't right you're going to have problems, i do like the rigid core products, it's much closer to laminate
