For gods sake, well just when I get all booked up and secure three days a week with one firm. My van went pop. First the water/coolent pipe burst. Was stuck in twickenham and my mechanic came out and had a look over all of it, in the end he said I was better off to scrap the whole thing and cut my losses. He said I would get £150.00 for it from the scrap man and put that towards a new van. Gunna get a escort van again, as I like them... cheap on tax and insurance, then I can just switch over the number plates on my insurance. Its in a right old state.

New gearbox, fuel pump, wiring loom, two new back lights and bolb holders, brake disks and pads, new bumber, welding and new locks all around.... it just goes on and on. all in all he said it would cost me around £600 - £700 to get it all fixed up.

I think I'll just cut my losses and get a newer and decent escort van.

Nightmare, ohh and I've been waiting since 7.30 AM for a mechanic to come.... only just got in as it limped home!
