builder screeded floor , lovely and smooth job unfortunatly forgot or didnt bother to clean and prime first.
popped in numerous places , hes blaming product ,product suppliers blaming subfloor.
hes not primed simples, had to scrape it all up and start again.
for future ref would customers please get the right guys into do the job in the first place as it saves you money. 2013-07-30 13.37.06.jpg 2013-08-01 11.42.35.jpg 2013-08-01 11.42.41.jpg 2013-08-01 11.42.46.jpg

I think we've all dug up builders screed ! You'd think they like wasting there time & giving us extra work ?

I had it three months ago. 35 sq mtrs of screed watered down so much it was like soft chalk. It took the builder a full day and a half to break it all up. It was a new build and had rained heavily when the slab was poured leaving a rough surface and they tried to smooth it off after the house was built. If they'd used a power mixer ( as opposed to a stick!), primer and measured the water it would have been fine.
