    here your pics mate.

Looks like a dodgy cleaner has been used to me. Might just need a clean and a seal.

cant be the planks as the smudging goes across the planks rather than starting and stopping at different planks where the joints are. It continues across the joints.

That is providing that im looking at what im supposed to be looking at!

I defo think its what someone has cleaned it with, but who is going to own up to that, just hope the amtico rep has the same opinion as me

Was the room painted after floor was laid. To me it looks like it had messy dust sheets all over it and then the painter or a thick lad has been cleaning it with the wrong cleaner. Can't see it bein a amtico fault but you never know.

Skirtings were off for the job, plus when I went back to to catch a door bar I missed at a bathroom the painter was in doing snagging, so another possibility m8,come to think of it the painter showed me a mark on the floor and blamed the tilers for dragging a box of tiles across the floor but it wiped off with a damp cloth

I have seen lots of floors ruined after painters have made a mess then washed bleach all over it.
What is the complain off customer ?

im talking about picture 3, the black marks, there not flowing from plank to plank.if you look at 3 or 4 planks there going different ways.
ive had that black and dusty look on planks before.

it depends on who you get come out and look, yes they do admit it especially if your there with them.
Ive had them out a few times about crappy planks.
