Ive been working for a flooring firm in northern ireland for 16 yrs ,l left work because of rate of pay as i was main floor layer there ,reponsible for the jobs and makin sure rest of fitters work is neat and tidy ,i left my job as the pay was only £7.85 and has been for several years,minimum wage kept rising but our wages didnt ,i didnt think it was appropriate to do a very good skilledjob for 65p more than minimum wage, i cant get work as i cant drive and dont have many tools as always used the firms tools,most of our work was vinyl (capping and coving ),dont do wood or tiles ,can fit all vinyls ,carpet carpet and vinyl tiles ,coral matting ,rubber tiles and can self level ,my last employer can give u a excellent reference
Im good at vinyl fitting(cap and coving) and karndean floors or similar tile floors like karndean like antico and espona tiles
