Also apart from the cracking if the floor isn't flat & smooth then again its not good enough ! FACT
Customer is king ! If you weren't given the right info & advice your well within your rights to ask for the floor to be leveled after the floor...

Those are canny cracks ? How much of the floor is like that ? Defo need to see if it gets worse but I still think its not good at all
All anyone know for sure is the screeding has failed & all needs dug up & re done properly !
