I was going to mention it in this Karndean complaint thread that Being trained at Karndean is one thing as its mostly based on fitting the product...

Could be staples worked there self's loose near the join in that section of maybe ? Obviously this is all speculation
Your right they most likely won't have but also in your other thread you said they had used staples & you requested them to use nails or screw so...
Just ask your installer what grade ply was used & what the MC levels of both the ply & the subfloor where when the ply was installed ?
