MMS is the best as it does the lot. But i dont like it. I prefer survey master. However you will need to use other meters along side it.

depends on whos primer you use. 131 for example will leave a rubber finish. Mapei or Uzins are ok neat. The other problem with neat is it dries...
only use 131 neat as primer under smoothing compounds over DPM or ceramics. When using 131 as primer to glue to you want it well watered down....
