that's the problem the retailers either want us to do the job right or they don't. its do it right but don't charge any more than quoted or bodge...
reckon ive lost countless jobs due to that very reason. end of the day its our names thats on the job. When it goes t1ts up, its us they'll blame...

forgot to mention i went over the tiles with a moist sponge (not wringing just moist) before putting the grout on. It helps getting the excess off ;)
