Its always going to be problematic fitting lvt in a conservatory Like Daz said its very unlikely your going to get gapping if you use a fibre...
How many coats would I have to wear ? What if it's hot though can I just not bother with the second coat ?

Not many smooth flat concrete floors out there so do you screed it first & then are you going to feather the ply or Flexy screed it ?:roll:
Screed every time for me unless there's a small amount of concrete on a ply job like a flat half in a living room
I'd say it's still going to get a lot hotter than 12° in the summer It's never ideal fitting in conservatorys in the winter I'd get the temp up...

Depends how hot it's going to get in there in the summer ? If it's south facing it going to get very hot indeed
