Yes its possible to get a seamless finish I do it all the time but the floor will sound different when you walk from the wood to concrete....
Also using F46 breaks the terms of Amticos guarantee It's a decent adhesive but not approved by Amtico
I can't see any of the pics ? Did they do a moisture test on the concrete and what type of ply wood did they use ? If the room get really hot it...

Your much better off running the ufh to help dry the slab out The problem with putting a dpm over it is you have the ufh pushing the moisture...
