They was not power floated then or old subfloors. The process of power floating forces moister down and seals the top. Hence a very slow drying...
cure speed as in how long until it can take traffic / loads. Normally it ends up trapping moister so takes even longer to dry (moister content) ....
this stuff was defo welded mate. even the weld was the same as a vinyl weld rod. They grooved it and every thing.
