You have to wear them in and they start to mold to your knee plus they get softer after a few washes and get more comfortable
Or just Change to the New floorlayer pads I’m still on the same pair I bought 2 years ago There indestructible and don’t burst in the washing...

Is the adhesive on the underside a permanent bond or can they be removed without damaging existing flooring underneath ?
