Domestic mains supply is 110v in the States It's possible some kind of adaptation could be done to it or may be if you order like a holiday plug...

Your defiantly taking a risk It is possible to screed over chip board with newer primers like Uzin PE680 and Fball prime and fill but Prim grip...
