2m sheet vinyl has to be welded at the seams or any join will open up Better going for a click system if you want to attempt it your self but...
Can't screed up to wood then lay stuck vinly over The seam will show and wear through the vinly eventually

It's not damp.as such just construction moisture from when the concrete was mixed and poured By the sound of it the guy from CR hasn't tested it...
I have no idea but if they are telling you it contains to much moisture you'd expect them to tell you and suply you with the solution as part of...
