If the tiles are sound and solid it's good

Seams only is fine with a coil nailer along as there counter sunk and your happy the ply has gave a smooth finish to the subfloor I wouldn't...
It's a bit thick hard work to spread out but good adhesion and little slide after 5 mins airing off time
