Alright guys went out and had a look at it and floor is a bit of a mess, floor is out by 30 odd mil in places, spillages, no DPM and old concrete...
Does it spike out ok and flow as good as 300?
That is cool, if it was in my house I could half the housework as would only need to hoover the white stairs:D

Be honest mate and fell out with most of them due to reducing rates to stupid (one was day rate for £60 for doing Karndean with no fuel etc!)...
