we use tacwise ,try on ebay lots there divergent staples upto 35mm i think also they do a dual brad/stapler but i use ring shanks to lay ply.
you can ask but gen insurance jobs pay upon recieving final invoice unless they have paid out to customer first. you could ask if they are paying...
