Believe it or not its 30nnm Fibres hold it together but they dont stop it cracking
NA is 16nnm when fully dry It is very soft but that's why it works on problem subfloors

Bare in mind when you use a high strength compound the sub must be sound and solid No contamination ie old adhesive residue and no movement or it...
If any subfloor has any movement all smoothing compounds will crack unless steps are taken to deal with the issues As I said lack of knowledge

Dont add latex You mix it with water You need to do a moisture test on the slab first before you do anything It may need a DPM
