ok just to clarify........latex the asphalt and fully bond sheet vinyl ( any reason why fully bond ?) which is what I quoted for in the first...
from what you said on an earlier post its asphalt because it dark brown/black ish and has dents from furniture .......... so isolater and sheet...
just checked the price on isolater and its compareable with what i was gonna charge him for screeding , so if i laid this down with a sheet vinyl...
ok so if i take a reading of the rh apply the appropiate dpm if over 75 then latex i can vinyl the floor still ?
