I've had to book myself in with an Osteopath for a similar thing, even a slight jog brings on excrutiating pain at the moment.
Open the pictures with Paint, click the Resize tab and reduce the size as you wish. If you can't find paint, click Start/All Programs/Accessories...

Daz, if you open up the file, press the prt/scrn button on your keyboard, open Paint, then press ctrl and v keys at the same time, save the file...
