Open the pictures with Paint, click the Resize tab and reduce the size as you wish. If you can't find paint, click Start/All Programs/Accessories...

Daz, if you open up the file, press the prt/scrn button on your keyboard, open Paint, then press ctrl and v keys at the same time, save the file...
