If I apply to much pressure it pushes the carpet behind the gripper instead of just creasing and setting it on the pins. Its not a huge problem...
EZtucker has worked well on all types of carpets only thing i would say is it tends to push the carpet too far down into the gulley sometimes....

Problem could be that when you start the cut you have to keep the waste held tight and out of the way until the cutter gets going otherwise it...
I accept cheques all the time and thankfully have never had any problems - maybe just luck !

I too tend to use it both ways although I do tend to find left to right works better for tucking. I've used it a fair bit now but still getting...
