I contacted a local (reputable) retail company reference purchasing MVS off them.., they didn't stock or sell any such thing, the General Manager...
You'll need to call them back, and ask why the subfloor has failed, and when will they take it up and relay it...... A professional company would...
No DPM (damp proof membrane)by the sounds of it. Moisture tests should of been carried out prior to any subfloor work, with the correct moisture...
