I contacted a local (reputable) retail company reference purchasing MVS off them.., they didn't stock or sell any such thing, the General Manager...
You'll need to call them back, and ask why the subfloor has failed, and when will they take it up and relay it...... A professional company would...
No DPM (damp proof membrane)by the sounds of it. Moisture tests should of been carried out prior to any subfloor work, with the correct moisture...

quick query.., do any on here use ply from C+F? They don't specify sp101 in their catalogue.., so was hoping for feedback on the ply they do...
I do suggest to my clients that they have at least a bit of some type of design/border, or it can look like Lino :-)
