Festool always worth the investment if you're doing lots of cutting.
Headlam and floorwise run them.
Any reason the tiles can't be lifted? That's usually the best option.
Or you could go all out and use smartfloor or similar product, the quality is rarely below very high.
Yep cleat nailers were what I was asking, for subfloor prep I use a Makita auto screwgun.
We still use dex on the edges of non latexed backed carpets, but dex and tape still beats some of the adhesive tapes out there

yeah can have enough pressure in solid to take out a supporting wall i've seen it happen. although wouldn't a quality engineered product or...
what a shame would have been a great selling tool for painted/oily floors much cheaper than blasting. :(
