Can you post up pics of the actual floor once you can walk on it aswell.
Try explaining to a customer you can't use mdf board :confused: B&Q ply.....say no more.....

You can't go wrong with 300, not had 1 issue with it at all. Where I can use it I do.
Do NOT let your builder do the karndean else you will regret it - it will either be stuck with a crap floor or cost you alot more to put it right....

I find using the 300hd when possible is a good screed to hold its ground more when needed.
The actual bevelling tool works great if you dont have to adjust it or have a spare 2hrs each time to adjust it - I found it a pain in the ass...
