P51 goes on a lot more than concrete. Yes it has to be watered down but it goes over everything. Wood, ceramic tile. Just not metal or dpm....

Doesn’t look it but when it dries it feels gritted. Can be used over old vinyl/lino too if your into that sort of thing. Sounds a bit scary to me...
