still cheaper than the old fahioned way
using something like mapenet will help prevent fracturing of the levelling compound not too expensive either.
anyone know who sells the primer? my price lists only have the bag and bottle in
nice one didn't know l3 gold was strong enough to fit wood onto cheers mate, It's a lot cheaper than latex/dpm/latex combo.
done it many a time mate
chipboard will need overplying anyway, there's not a massive difference in cost think it's about £20 +vat a sheet which is cheaper than chipboard...
rip up then ply mate, don't use chipboard it's crap mate
Them the ones mate, was just about to post that you sold them:D
cheap chipboard crap, I wouldn't mind but structural ply isn't much more expensive and doesn't need much prepping for putting down floorcoverings...
little sod make the git regret it
nice work matey
not got a problem with any of mapei's products although fibreplan at the same price as fball's 700 and ardex's fa20 is better than both.
cowboys mate
welcome matey

the compound needs to be softer than the subfloor it's bonding to and asphalt is quite alot softer than a sand/cement screed
