I've had a customer having the same popping issues but with their Distinctive lvt click I fitted before xmas. Only happens on the cool mornings...
Plus the fitter has to take the tax off it....I'd bang another 20% on top :D
Was the floor damp tested? Old or new subfloor?
I get this with k39 aswell
It's probably his toothpaste Cheap stuff will stain easy enough, could be whatever he's splashing about in there is bleaching the floor
Had to laugh at the 'plasterer' bit. Can see the dip in that last pic, wouldnt be surprised if it gives way over time when its seen more...
No skirts to cut into, literally glued 3 plank width and slapped them straight in and repeated. Didnt take that long really.
Glued out 3 rows then fitted the 3 rows with the ke49.

The first property is just in 4 rows altogether but random planks, half sunlight half covered. 2nd property is random all over the 45m2 area
