For a kitchen you would be best going LVT. Karndean do a realistic looking parquet range.
Liquid dpm then Jumpax if you need to use that. Keeps the Lvt warmer too
You need to get with a local firm I’d say helping the fitters so you can back into it. Do you have any old contacts.

Karndean and most LVT flooring is great for underfloor heating. Have a look at Moduleo too.
